Over 50% of the tech workforce in Silicon Valley is Asian but this prominence does not continue into the upper management levels.  One of the goals of apiNXT is to help Asians take the leadership role within tech that should naturally flow from their vast numbers within the tech industry.  We believe the key role that Asian tech professionals can play as the natural bridge between Silicon Valley and other areas of California trying to develop their tech industries has long been overlooked.   We have formed the apiNXT Tech Council to provide guidance on initiatives that will help grow the tech economy in the  Northern California Mega Region that includes the Greater Sacramento Area and to lead activities that will grow the tech innovation ecosystem.
